Kapella Roofing, a locally owned roofing company based in Centennial, CO, is growing and looking for a motivated Roofing Consultant to represent our team, build relationships, and help expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
•Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell roofing services
•Utilize online marketing and networking tools
•Create strong relationships with prospective clients that align with our target market
•Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
•Manage the sales pipeline effectively through the company CRM
Requirements:
•Proven track record of success in a goal-oriented sales environment
•Previous commercial roofing sales experience preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Knowledge of roofing industry products and installation procedures
•Must be a self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
•Ability to contribute ideas and participate in production meetings
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
•Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
•Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
•Willing to work in varying weather conditions
•Time split between office and field (approximately 50/50)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (uncapped commission-based)

•Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

•Customer service: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
•Driver's License (Required)
This role includes state-mandated sick time .
