Sales Estimator

We are currently seeking an experienced sales individual to help our growing company expand its operations.

ShadeWorks is one of the largest low maintenance patio cover and shade structure contractors in the Northwest. We offer an exclusive line of building products that help homeowners extend their living space to the outdoors. Our products sell themselves with their low maintenance qualities and lifetime warranties. Our ideal candidate will be a clean cut, well-spoken and enthusiastic person with prior in-home sales experience and a solid understanding of residential construction.

Job Responsibilities:

· Visit with homeowners that request in-home estimates.

· Prepare project estimates.

· Follow-up with leads.

· Provide accurate status reports to management.

· Provide customer service.

Requirements:

· Must be motivated, energetic, positive and outgoing.

· Technology savvy (Outlook, Salesforce, iPads, etc.)

· In-home sales experience. If you’ve never been in sales, this job isn’t for you.

· Fundamental residential construction knowledge.
