As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing an existing portfolio. Your goal will be to ensure that volume and overall management of the accounts are on target. Your success will be evident in your ability to acquire new business opportunities and expand the existing portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers; including the customer’s C-suite level
•Continually seek opportunities to expand the share of wallet, drive new product sales, and sell complex offerings or bundling multiple offerings while following a defined sales process
•Develop account plans with high gain customers and execute against plans. Monitor accounts to ensure volume and gm is performing as planned on existing accounts and new opportunities
•Develop close the gap plans on accounts that are not performing to plan, and present close the gap plans and adjust activity levels if forecast is not on plan
•Discover and capture all pertinent customer information on the opportunity, keep sales pipeline current with only those opportunities that are progressing to commitment, and capture all customer conversations & information
•Understand credit granting requirements, customer pricing options, complex opportunities and submit complex deals for approval as required
•Forecast opportunities that will close in the next 30/60 days
•Identify accounts that are retention risks and develop retention strategy and participate in sales meetings as laid out in the sales management meeting cadence
•Handle incoming customer requests by completing tasks and/or working with internal team to find solutions - card order, billing problem, tech issue, site issue, billing question, reporting, etc
Your Skills:
•Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Sales CRM (customer relationship management tool)
•Experience in the petroleum industry considered an asset
•Must be able to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
•Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to organize and prioritize workload
Your Experience:
•Degree in Business Administration/Commerce preferred or equivalent work experience
•5-10 years relatable experience in sales/marketing and customer service
