Responsibilities:
•
Leadership: Manage, motivate, and inspire a team of agents to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
•
Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join our sales team.
•
Training: Develop and conduct training programs to equip agents with the knowledge and skills needed to represent our Program effectively.
•
Qualifications:
•
Proven leadership experience in sales or related field.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•
Passion for community engagement and social impact.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
