Senior Estimator and Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Estimator Status: Full-time, Exempt

Location: Caldwell, ID Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000 annual

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in industrial construction who can accurately estimate large-scale projects, manage project schedules, and support project teams from preconstruction through execution. This position reports directly to the President and will serve as a key resource for both executive leadership and on-site project managers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, can confidently manage competing priorities, and knows their way around complex construction documents and industrial systems.
