We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Client Service Coordinator to join our Southern Plumbing of VA team. Our company specializes in providing excellent customer service to our clients. As the Client Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our plumbers in the field, communicating with our clients, and adhering to our company culture.
· Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and organizing paperwork.
· Assist with the scheduling and coordination for service calls.
· Managing the House Call Pro CRM software to ensure seamless process of gathering client’s information, scheduling, and processing payment.
· Be the liaison between the technicians in the field and the client.
· Ensure the proper procedure for each client is upheld technicians clocking in and out, obtaining signature of the manager on site etc.
· Follow up with customers within 48-72 hours on outstanding quotes
· Work quickly and effectively to resolve client concerns.
· Request material estimates from suppliers when necessary
· File permits and request COIs as necessary
· Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: 7:30-4:30pm in office with 1 hour lunch break
