We are a busy, year-round concrete company seeking a full-time Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring efficient transportation planning, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do:
•
Coordinate daily dispatch activities for trucks and drivers
•
Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal team members
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling and delivery records
•
Manage incoming job orders and adjust schedules as needed
•
Monitor job progress and provide updates to stakeholders
•
Arrange payments for jobs and make necessary calls for missing payments
•
Set up new customer accounts
•
Keep log of truck registrations/permits
•
Collect driver vehicle inspection reports
•
Assist safety manager with tasks assigned by safety consultant

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
•
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
•
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
•
Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or coordination is preferred
