About This Job

Permian Enterprises is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator at our Midland, TX location.

Qualified candidates will have:

•

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

•

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition

•

Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple shipments

•

Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time

•

Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment

•

Ability to work under stress and remain calm

•

Spanish speaking is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

•

Scheduling shipments according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs

•

Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems

•

Keeping and organizing customer requests, emails after hours, print loading and unloading validations

•

Over time, on-call shifts and weekend work will be required

•

At least 2 yrs experience in a busy office environment, preferably in shipping/receiving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
