We’re currently looking for motivated, hard-working, and reliable Solar Installers to join our Utah field team. What You’ll Do:
•
Install residential solar systems, including racking, panels, and inverters
•
Work with crew members to complete installations efficiently and safely
•
Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and safety on every job site
•
Communicate effectively with team leads and customers
•
Troubleshoot and solve problems related to installation or site conditions
•
Follow local and national electrical codes and company standards
•
Load and unload materials and tools, and prepare job sites for installation
What We’re Looking For:
•
Experience in Roofing preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
•
Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
•
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in a variety of outdoor conditions
•
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-first mindset
•
Familiarity with hand and power tools
•
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

Day shift
•
Monday to Friday
•
Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
•
Commission pay
•
Overtime pay
Work Location: On the road
