Solar Service Specialist - Administrative Assistant

PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $45,000 to $55,000/year and comes with great benefits such as life insurance, health coverage, and a matching IRA after the probation period.

As a Solar Service Specialist - Administrative Assistant, you'll work full-time with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work schedule.

YOUR DAY:

Your typical day will revolve around being a dependable and organized support for our solar operations. You'll start by assisting customers, handling appointments, and ensuring their questions are promptly addressed. Additionally, you'll provide essential assistance to our installation team to ensure projects run smoothly.

Your role includes managing documentation, keeping precise records, and preparing reports to help our teams excel. You'll also be the main point of contact with clients, keeping them informed about project timelines.

In the office, you'll handle administrative tasks like data entry and keeping supplies in order. Your strong communication skills will be used to collaborate with different teams within our organization to provide customers with the best possible service.
