Purpose

The Outage Management Specialist will manage the work stream associated with customer outages and other emergencies to quickly and effectively remediate the issues to maintain Liberty’s reliability and safety of the transmission and distribution systems. Incumbent will be responsible determining the area of the outage and communicate the information to responders as well as assist in managing the communication to the impacted customers. Incumbent will be responsible for appropriate internal communication requirements associated with events to keep management informed of evolving system conditions. Incumbent will be responsible for communicating emergency information associated with Liberty’s transmission and distribution system to responders and the creation the orders for the tasks.
