Position Summary

Reporting to the shop supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and coating fabricated steel products using dip and spray methods. The role includes maintaining equipment, ensuring proper product labeling, and upholding our quality and safety standards at all times. If you have experience in industrial coatings and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $24.00-$38.00 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
