Software Internship
Your Day-to-Day
•
Ability to work independently using basic knowledge obtained from core college courses.
•
Act as an entry level in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new and legacy applications.
•
Maintain software code quality through unit testing and solid documentation.
•
Interfacing with other internal groups on similar level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
•
Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements.
•
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Who You Are
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
•
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
•
Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
•
Knowledge using C/C++, Java, Python and other programing languages.
•
Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
•
Completion of Sophomore year of college.
•
Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred.
•
US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
