About the Role

The Electrical Team Lead will oversee the design, development and implementation of electrical systems for our projects within the natural gas and LNG space. This role involves managing a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. The Electrical Team Lead will play a critical role in driving innovation, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, + Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects, + Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development. + Oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, + Develop appropriate timelines, budgets and resources for projects, + Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution. + Design and review electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation, + Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. industry standards, + Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution and client operational issues. + Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, + Ensure all electrical systems meet regulatory and environmental standards, + Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.

The salary for this role is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The estimated range is between $170,000 – $225,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
