Job Description
•
Manage and maintain operational data systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
•
Collaborate with plant personnel to gather requirements and develop customized data reports and dashboards.
•
Utilize Power Apps, Power BI, and SQL to develop and deploy solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability.
•
Ensure proper data governance and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
•
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
•
Provide training and support to plant personnel on the use of data management tools and applications.
•
Continuously improve data management processes and tools to meet evolving business needs.
Skills Required
•
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, preferably within the oil, gas, or energy sectors.
•
Proficiency in data management, including hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and SQL.
•
Strong comfort level working with and within databases.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with plant personnel and cross-functional teams.
•
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience in refinery operations or similar industrial environments.
•
Knowledge of company applications or similar data management platforms.
•
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data governance and management.
Education/Training/Certifications
•
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
