Technical Services Manager - Metallurgist

PURPOSE: This position is responsible for technical services in order to increase Castle’s market share. Works with sales and technical support staff to develop meaningful commercial relationships with target customers and manage specific account relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):* Provides technical services by coordinating requests for technical information with the proper mills in order to respond to district/customer requests, material specification reviews, and the writing of Castle MD specifications.
