Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at American Fuel Management. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading our sales efforts across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the fuel management or related industries, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a hybrid position as you will actively be making a large amount of outbound sales calls as well building proposals, speaking with clients, and executing contracts.
This job is not your typical 9-5. We need someone who can truly take an ownership over this position. This position is requires a dynamic individual who can truly run the sales for this product as if it were their own.
This job includes salary as well as unlimited comission on sales.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the United States.
•Lead Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
•Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
•Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
•Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
•Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
•Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
•Represent Company at Events: Represent American Fuel Management at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and services and expand our network.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Experience in the fuel management or related industries is highly preferred.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver results.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
•Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Willingness to travel as needed.
