North Corridor Co-op invites applications for the position of Yard Attendant to join our team on a seasonal full-time or part- time basis at our location in Boyle, AB. Reporting to the Lumber Manager.
· Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
· Delivering and unloading orders to customer locations in a timely manner
· Receiving of products in the yard and in the store - including completing required paperwork
· Able to work a variety of shifts – including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis
· Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Why it matters: Our North Corridor Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support out 8,000+ member-owners across out trading area.
· You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; previous retail experience would be an asset
· You’re able to lift 50lb on a regular basis
· You’re action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members
· You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
· You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
