· Sanding and surface preparation for new finishes
· Demasking and shop preparation of restored material for site installation
· Window sash, door and trim removal and installation

· Attention to detail in retention of historic details, profiles and architectural elements
· Familiarity with restoration standards as provided by project architect and Secretary of the Interior’s Standards
· Safe work practices around lead-based paint and asbestos containing materials (training provided)
· Ability to work in diverse site conditions including scaffolding, ladders, and boom lifts
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
