About Us:

L & R Aggregates is a leading provider of high-quality aggregates and construction materials. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. If you have experience in accounting, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable:

•

Generate and send customer invoices

•

Track and follow up on outstanding payments

•

Apply payments and maintain accurate records

•

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

•

Prepare and distribute AR aging reports

•

Assist in credit and collections processes

Accounts Payable:

•

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

•

Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts

•

Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with company policies

•

Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies

•

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Qualifications:

•

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable roles

•

Knowledge of accounting software (, SAP, or similar)

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications

•

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

•

Experience in the aggregates, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus
