Hourly Pay Range: $27.88 - $30.00 per hour - Depending on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process accounts payable vendor and intercompany invoices

Prepare accounts payable payment journals and checks for disbursement

Assist in the preparation of accounts payable policies and procedures and making recommendations for improving efficiency and accuracy of information.

Respond to all vendor inquiries.

Perform daily reconciliation between accounts payable and thebank statement.

Prepare journal entries for accruals required for month-end closing.

Help in the preparation of files for year-end including 1099 forms.

Assist in printing accounts payable reports and maintaining accounts payable files.

Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.

Research and resolve vendor statements.

Data entry for Clean Energy and subsidiaries.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AX Dynamics, D365 is preferred, but not required
