Administrative Assistant Internship - Summer 2025
KEITH is looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to join us Summer of 2025 in our Orlando, FL office. We are seeking positive individuals to fit our energetic culture.
What you'll do:
•
Handle incoming phone calls while directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses.
•
Coordinate and set up office events, including ordering lunches and organizing the office space.
•
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
•
Schedule the company vehicle for employee use.
•
Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including creating and addressing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, notifications, reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and forms.
•
Review financial documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) to ensure accuracy, perform internal checks and balances, and provide documentation for audit purposes.
•
Follow up on special assignments, projects, and related matters to ensure timely completion.
•
Prepare documents and agendas for project meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes.
•
Maintain confidentiality of all client, partner, personnel, and research matters.
The Ideal Intern is:
•
In the process of obtaining a degree from an accredited college.
•
Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-starter with a good attitude, and a drive to learn.
•
Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and employees.
•
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
