Position Summary

ProIndustrial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of civil and mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•

Assist in planning and coordinating civil and mechanical construction projects from start to finish

•

Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

•

Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met

•

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports

•

Conduct site visits and assist with project progress tracking

•

Help manage project procurement, material deliveries, and equipment coordination

•

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

•

Support the preparation of bid packages and project proposals

•

Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior project managers

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

•

2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in civil or mechanical projects

•

Familiarity with construction project management processes and documentation

•

Strong organizational and time-management skills

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

•

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

•

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
