In this role, under general supervision, you will perform skilled work involving the operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and additions to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems, building furnishings and site improvements..
Job Description WHAT YOU'LL DO:
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
Education requirements are listed below: High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience requirement listed below: Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
required License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below: Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers' license.
.OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Physical demand level is Medium
Electrician or HVAC license or CFC refrigerant certification preferred. Must be willing to pursue the certification.
PSO Building Maint Techs
:
City of Tulsa 1st Class Engineer licenses required.Overtime required. Overnight travel may be required. In addition, scheduled as well as unscheduled, weekend and evening shift work may be required. Will be expected to respond to emergency call out work.
Requires working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
Requires the ability to utilize a computer.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: List physical demands required for this job, but not limited to:
Constant standing; frequent walking; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, squatting, kneeling.
This position requires lifting, moving and carrying equipment up to and in excess of 50 lbs

$25.23-31.54 USD
The Physical Demand Level for this job is: M – Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
