Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills. This role is essential for driving process improvement initiatives, managing projects effectively, and fostering business development opportunities to ensure the organization meets its goals.

Duties

Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize service delivery.

•

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.

•

Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing current operations and implementing best practices.

•

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and promoting professional development.

•

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

•

Proven experience in operations management with a focus on process improvement and project management.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

•

Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management.

•

Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

•

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
