The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Commercial Operations Co-Op Student to join our Copper and PGM Commercial Operations team in Toronto.

This is an on-site/hybrid position, working a Monday – Friday schedule. This is a 12 month-fixed term co-op position starting in May 2025.

As a Commercial Operations Co-Op Student, your experience and skills will help to support and ensure the execution of all functions that contribute to the business unit through the accomplishment of sales administration processes.

Additionally, in this position you will:

+ To attend a weekly call with production team + To follow up on shipment schedule + To calculate the value of the shipment + To get the shipment approval from the Credit Risk team + To create the sales order in SAP and to get it approved. + To inform ops team and logistics team about the approval + To have the insurance certificate created + contract creation in SAP + sales order creation in SAP + invoice issuance in SAP + submission of cash application to treasury
