Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with established quality standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties
•
In office only position
•
Assistant to the Project Managers
•
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
•
Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and resource requirements.
•
Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process by providing timely solutions.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
•
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Familiarity with construction estimating practices and methodologies.
•
Excellent project scheduling capabilities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
•
Strong understanding of project management principles as they relate to construction projects.
•
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Knowledge of the insurance restoration industry and xactimate a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
