Now Hiring: Construction Scheduling & Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to join a fast-paced construction team? Madole Construction is seeking a dependable and proactive Scheduling & Administrative Assistant to support our Production team.
In this role, you’ll be the hub of communication between our sales, production, and administrative departments—ensuring that job schedules run smoothly and internal processes stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly job schedules for multiple crews• Communicate with customers to confirm job details, timelines, and access
•Assist with permit applications, job paperwork, and change orders• Provide administrative support to the production team and management
•Track job progress, crew reports, and scheduling adjustments
•Organize internal calendars and facilitate meetings as needed• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general office tasks
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent verbal and written communication• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
•Experience in construction, scheduling, or a related administrative role preferred• Proficiency with SalesForce, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
•Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
