Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to support our team in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, contributing to the smooth operation of daily tasks. This role involves assisting with administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer support.

Duties

•

Assist project managers and construction teams with daily operations and administrative tasks.

•

Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

•

Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.

•

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and coordinating communication between clients and the construction team.

•

Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

•

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer support interactions.

•

Proficiency in administrative tasks with experience in office environments preferred.

•

Familiarity with Sharepoint, Procore and Office apps is essential.

•

Previous experience in a construction setting is a plus but not required.

•

Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all work.

•

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $23.21 - $31.00 per hour
