Summary

As a Construction Superintendent at Williams Creek Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects that contribute to environmental restoration and compliance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in line with our mission to rebuild our natural world.

Responsibilities

•

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

•

Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

•

Review schematics and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.

•

Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, change orders, and project progress.

•

Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and resource allocation strategies.

•

Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements

•

Proven or as a superintendent in the construction industry.

•

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.

•

Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and shareholders.

•

Clean driving record
