About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead interior healthcare renovation projects in active hospital environments. This is not your typical ground-up role—you'll be managing complex renovations in patient-occupied spaces, ensuring top-tier communication, safety, and scheduling coordination.
What You’ll Do:
•
Oversee daily jobsite operations on healthcare renovation projects
•
Coordinate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and subcontractors
•
Maintain safety protocols with patient well-being in mind
•
Ensure project milestones, materials, and inspections stay on track
•
Communicate directly with the client and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For:
•
5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction
•
Proven experience in healthcare renovations or AHCA-compliant projects
•
Strong communication and leadership skills
•
OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred
•
Ability to work on-site in Tampa daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
