Your Role & Impact
As a Critical Facilities Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, keeping mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems in top shape. You will:
•Maintain & monitor critical and non-critical equipment to ensure peak efficiency.
•Execute preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, generators, fire safety, building management, and more.
•Oversee electrical operations—develop, implement, and supervise energy management programs for high-performance facilities.
•Collaborate with experts & contractors to optimize workflows and ensure safety compliance.
•Respond to emergencies promptly, making crucial decisions when every second counts.
•Leverage technology—use digital systems like fire alarms, card access, CCTV, and building automation tools to stay ahead of the game.
What You Bring to the Team
•3-5 years of hands-on experience in critical facilities support OR 7+ years as an HVAC/mechanical/electrical technician.
•Electrical/mechanical certifications preferred.
•Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in MS Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
•Adaptability—willingness to work overtime or extended 12-hour shifts when needed.
