We are a growing construction company seeking a individual for a full time Customer Service/ Data entry position
Candidate MUST have positive attitude towards daily work, coworkers, and clients.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Answer incoming calls
•
Assist in data entry of customers information
•
Answer phone calls and make outbound calls
•
Forward calls to appropriate departments
•
General office administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
•
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, & Outlook
•
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
•8 hour shift
8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
