Overview
ESI is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/ Billing Clerk with a proven track record of streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience. Skilled in coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Experienced in providing administrative support to service teams, fostering effective communication, and maintaining accurate records.
Essential Functions of the Billing Representative:
•
Invoice daily work orders, preventative maintenance contracts, installations, etc…
•
Maintain any 3rd party billing or work order organizational requirements for customers.
•
Answer phones and enter new service calls.
•
Enter and update client information in the service software system.
•
Check the technicians work orders to insure proper labor and materials a being billed out
•
Research billing disputes with management
•
Send credits and statements to clients.
•
Produces information for management by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text and data.
•
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
