Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Customer Service Rep to be the voice and face of our customer interactions. This role involves managing digital inquiries (via website chat, email, social media, etc.), answering phone calls, and proactively following up with leads to schedule HVAC service appointments.
