As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your role includes assisting our customers and prospects and finding solutions to their heating and cooling (comfort) needs.

A Day in the Life of a CSR

As a CSR, you will work as part of a team that is promoting desired company growth. You will book repair and maintenance appointments, obtain integral information to troubleshoot customer and prospect needs and desires and take necessary steps to exceed customer satisfaction, living up to our pledge to provide “Blue Ribbon Service Every Time”!

This position requires dedication, reliability, and consistency.

You'll be converting inbound and outbound prospect and customer calls into booked appointments by delivering call scripts with an authentic cadence; being clear, compelling and personable. You'll also respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote our brand with the utmost professionalism, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging new customer conversion and repeat business.

You will do all this while maintaining and updating the customer database with complete and accurate information.

Pay will commensurate with experience.
