Deployments Operations Specialist (Channel Partnership)

Base Power Company

is looking for a Deployment Operations Specialist to manage daily operations for homebuilder partnerships. This role ensures efficient installation, timely problem resolution of goods, and provides key operational reporting. Additionally, this role will play a key part in improving and scaling these processes to support Base Power’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversees installer invoices to monitor accuracy* Tracks installer performance and creates quality reports to be shared with critical stakeholders.* Collaborates closely with Member Support, Logistics and Field Service representatives to resolve a variety of highly critical installation and coordination issues.* Owns and manages procedure to contract and track installation of soft starts in all Texas metros.* Documents operational failures and communicates areas of improvement to necessary stakeholders.*

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Ability to understand basic functions of hardware and communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders.* Self-starter with the ability resolve operational challenges* Experience creating project management workflows and task tracking tools*
