The executive leader for Community Impact is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic business objectives related to Community Engagement and Corporate Responsibility. This role leads all aspects of the company’s community engagement initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving positive impact between the utility and community. This leader’s role is to enhance the customer experience by providing operational oversight and strategic leadership to the Corporate Responsibility, and Community Strategy, and Engagement teams. This leader leverages their expertise to build partnerships, drive change, and support the community impact strategy, designs and executes a comprehensive plan to meet business objectives, and works to improve customer satisfaction scores through prompt resolution of customer concerns. The leader develops policies and procedures, implements, and improves programs and related activities, and benchmarks work to support continuous improvement. Additionally, this key leader collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance in the areas of Community Impact.
Increasingly responsible experience in customer service, municipal government, economic development, corporate responsibility, community engagement or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, work collaboratively with others, and proactively cultivate relationships with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
Ability to handle competing priorities, balance multiple objectives and coordinate projects with diverse stakeholders.
Track record of excellent people management and team leadership.
Experience managing contracts and expenditures of fund related to dynamic programs.
Motivated self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong planning, organizational and execution skills with unwavering attention to detail.

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel frequently to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. After hours work will be required. On call 24x7x365 to respond to customer escalations.Physical Demands
