Document Controls Coordinator

Job Summary

The Marathon Kenai Alaska Refinery's Engineering Department has an opening for a Document Coordinator who will organize the lifecycle of technical documentation to make it universally accessible and useful through a trusted process. The person will support refinery operation by organizing and administering a documentation system for critical engineering documents and Process Safety Information (PSI). A successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve the expected results. The available schedules for the position are 9/80 or 5/40 and support of TAR every three years.

Education, Experience and Skills Minimum Qualifications* Must have a High School Diploma or GED. (Education must be obtained/completed prior to start date) (Degree must be accredited in US.)

Preferred Qualifications* At least 5 years of records management of engineering and design documentation.

Relocation is not available for this position.
