About This Job

Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This role demands excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Serve as the primary liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

•

Provide executive support to the CEO, facilitating the completion of assigned tasks.

•

Manage office operations, including organization, payroll, and budget oversight.

•

Oversee HR responsibilities, such as recruiting, benefits enrollment, and payroll processing.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.

•

Proficiency in QuickBooks.

•

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.

•

Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to work creatively and independently.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

Fluent Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.

Compensation:

Starting at $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
