POSITION SUMMARY

The Fabrication & Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for the overall success of the fabrication and packing operations which includes leadership, health and safety, quality, production targets, and operations administration. As the Fabrication & Packing Supervisor, you’ll report directly to the Fabrication Manager and lead a dedicated team of 25-35 employees, driving performance and fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.
