Fabrication Shop Manager

Our fabrication manager is responsible to organize, schedule and assist our shop fabricators in the safe and efficient production of steel stairs, railings and other products that meet or exceed industry standards. Managers must be able to read and approve shop details for production, assist in layout, fitting and fabrication and quality control all work prior to leaving the shop for installation. This is a leadership position where the manager will make decisions to best effect the outcome of the final product and can delegate tasks to subordinates to efficiently complete the work. They must demonstrate their commitment to Titan’s mission and values, and understand the details of metal fabrication and develop the skills necessary to work independently to lead our team members.
