We are seeking a skilled Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the acquisition process of new properties, focusing on land acquisitions. This role requires strong expertise in lease negotiation and handling paperwork effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new properties for potential acquisition in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Conduct thorough research, analysis, and due diligence on potential acquisitions, including legal and financial assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop acquisition strategies and align them with the company's goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with property owners and facilitate the acquisition process.
- Manage all aspects of the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review necessary documentation, contracts, and paperwork related to acquisitions.
- Conduct financial analysis and projections to assess the financial viability and potential returns of each acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay informed and make strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry, specifically in land acquisitions and lease negotiation.
- Proven track record of successfully completing property acquisitions and lease agreements.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements associated with property acquisitions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and projection techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
