Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the coal mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships to support the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships within the coal mining industry.

- Evaluate the financial viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions through detailed due diligence.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate acquisition negotiations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the integration process, synergies, and potential risks associated with acquisitions.

- Prepare and present reports, financial analysis, and projections to senior management for decision-making purposes.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities or threats to the company's acquisitions strategy.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the acquisition process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in acquisitions, mergers, or similar roles within the mining industry.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to perform complex financial analysis.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
