We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the Wind Industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities in the wind sector.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze potential wind energy projects for acquisition
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis of potential acquisitions
- Evaluate potential financial returns and risks associated with acquisitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility and integration of acquisitions
- Negotiate and finalize acquisition agreements and contracts
- Manage the entire acquisition process from identification to completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in acquisitions or related roles
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Understanding of the wind energy industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
