Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the coal mining industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, negotiating deals, and overseeing the integration process.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets within the coal mining industry
- Conduct due diligence on potential targets, including financial analysis and risk assessment
- Develop acquisition strategies and present recommendations to senior management
- Negotiate deal terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and other contractual agreements
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the integration process to ensure a smooth transition
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions or corporate development within the coal mining industry
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using financial modeling tools and software
