Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition process, managing potential business opportunities, and ensuring the successful completion of acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiate and structure acquisition deals, including purchase agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful integration of acquired assets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in acquisitions or mergers within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate potential investments and assess their financial viability.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully completing acquisitions and integrating acquired assets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Downstream Oil & Gas industry, including its market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
