Job Description: Acquisitions Manager - Downstream Oil & Gas Industry

Salary Range: $30,000 - $50,000 per year
Position Overview:
Our company is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Manager to join our team in the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, energy efficiency analysis, and experience with Amazon AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential targets to assess their financial stability, market potential, and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop acquisition strategies and investment proposals.
- Negotiate deal terms and structure agreements with target companies.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and financial teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, and potential sellers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact acquisitions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure smooth integration of acquired companies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, etc.) is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions, business development, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in conducting research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
- Experience with energy efficiency analysis and Amazon AWS is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to travel as required for on-site due diligence and meetings.
Salary and Benefits:
