PURPOSE

Role and Responsibilities

NATURE AND SCOPE

Must be hungry for the success of Gresco and the IT team, be able to acknowledge their own strengths and weaknesses with a spirit of humility and have a high emotional intelligence and common sense toward people. This position requires the ability to work with multiple systems at one time. These systems primarily would be supplemental applications but will require familiarity with the core applications and databases, CRM, ecommerce site, website, and other systems. Must be able to use software to assist Gresco departments with daily functions. Other requests by the supervisor may be required in this position.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office conditions. Requires on-call time 24/7 for emergencies only and several out of state trips per year. Last minute requests and accuracy are required for multiple tasks. Some lifting of computer equipment up to 50 pounds may be required. Working hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch.
