Are you an experienced HR and Payroll Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our company is looking to elevate our human resource and payroll department. We are seeking an individual who wants to make a significant impact by shaping our organization's most valuable asset - our people.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Human Resources and payroll functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will handling employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation equality and benefits, and HR administration.

We are seeking a skilled, educated, and organized individual with experience in the construction industry, you will work closely with our Staffing Managers, COO, VP , and accounting team. We want Haggard Electrical Contractors to be the Electrical company that new talented individuals want to come to work and make a difference.
